1. How We Collect and Use Personal Information

While you use the "Habicat" software and services, we will collect information based on the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity. The information we collect or request you to provide will be used for:

    When you use "Habicat" and related services, to ensure normal operation, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version, network device hardware address (MAC), IP address, software version, network access method and type, operation logs, etc. Please understand that this information is essential for providing services and ensuring normal product operation.

(2) Self-Startup Explanation:
We use the official androidx.glance.appwidget library provided by Google to implement widget functionality. This library registers a broadcast named androidx.glance.appwidget.MyPackageReplacedReceiver, which is solely used to automatically clean up widget-related data stored locally. This may result in your device (depending on the model) showing that our product has self-startup behavior in system logs/background records. However, this is necessary to ensure normal service provision.

2. Scope of This Agreement

a) When you register for our software account, you will provide personal registration information as required (except for merchants who must disclose business registration information under applicable laws);
b) When you use our network services or visit our platform webpage, we automatically receive and record information about your browser and mobile device, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language, access date/time, hardware/software information, and webpage records;
c) User personal data obtained legally from business partners.

You understand and agree that the following information is not covered by this Privacy Policy:

  1. Keywords entered when using our search services;
  2. Information about your activities on our platform, including transactions and reviews;
  3. Violations of laws/rules and measures we take accordingly.

(6) This Policy only applies to "Habicat." Once you leave our platform, we cannot protect information submitted to other sites/services, regardless of access through our links.

5. Your Rights

(1) Managing/Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw consent by disabling features or adjusting app permissions. Note that certain services require your information; withdrawal may affect functionality. Prior processing remains valid.

(3) Service Termination Notice
If we cease operations, we will stop collecting your information, notify you individually/by announcement, and delete/anonymize retained data.

(4) Account Deletion
While logged in, delete your account via "Settings" > "Account Management" > "Delete Account" or contact us as specified herein. We will verify your identity and process deletion within 15 business days.

Deletion is irreversible. We will stop services and delete/anonymize your account data, unless otherwise required by laws/regulators.

6. Minor Clauses

If you are under 18, please use "Habicat" under parental/guardian guidance after they read and agree to this Policy.

We protect minors' information per applicable laws, collecting only with parental consent or when necessary. If we find underage data collected without verifiable consent, we will delete it promptly.

a) Unless you refuse, we may set/access cookies on your device to enable login/cookie-dependent features.
