Terms of Service

  1. This agreement is entered into between you and Habicat regarding your download, installation, use, and copying of the software.

  2. License scope:

    • Habicat grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software.
    • You may install, use, and run the software on a single device for non-commercial purposes.
    • You may copy one backup copy only for using the software and services. The backup copy must contain all copyright notices included in the original software.
    • All rights not expressly granted in this agreement remain reserved by Habicat. Any other use requires prior written permission.

  3. Installation, uninstallation, and updates:

    • Different versions may be provided for different devices. You should choose the correct version for your device and install it properly.
    • If you no longer need the software or need to install a new version, you may uninstall it yourself.
    • To improve user experience and service content, Habicat may provide software updates, including replacement, modification, feature enhancement, or version upgrades.
